John began his illustrious career at J.P. Morgan, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become a respected leader in investment banking. His strategic insights and innovative approach to investment management were instrumental in shaping the firm’s success during his tenure.
In addition to his role at J.P. Morgan, Harding was a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, providing strategic counsel to some of the world’s leading financial institutions. His work at McKinsey further solidified his reputation as a thought leader in the field of wealth management.
John founded Marsi Capital in 2005 with the mission to offer a bespoke, client-centric approach to wealth management. His vision was to create a family office that combined personalised service with the sophistication of institutional finance. Under his leadership, Marsi Capital grew into a trusted partner for families seeking to secure and grow their wealth across generations.
